Can I request a size change or a return?
Of course! Taking into account the indications that we show below:
You have a period of 20 calendar days from your purchase to return the amount. You can then make a new purchase of the size or model you want, if you wish.
After this date we will not accept any type of change or claim.
How to make a return?
1. You can make the return by sending the package to our facilities by the courier of your choice.
2. We will refund the item using the same payment method in full, including any shipping costs.
3. You can send us an email requesting the return and collection to the email accountdevoluciones@calzadospacorodriguez.com .
We will collect the shoes from the address you provide and, with your prior consent, €6 will be deducted from each pair returned for the shipping costs incurred.
This collection service is only available in Spain (mainland) and Portugal.
4. To change size, you must first request a return of the shoe and then repurchase the new size you want.
Within the indicated period you can also make the return at any of our four physical stores for the full amount.
The shoes must arrive at our warehouses in perfect condition and with their original box, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
The online return conditions, both in form and time, are exclusive to our online store and are not applicable to physical stores.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free, for mainland Spain and Portugal when the purchase is greater than €50 .
For purchases under €50, a charge of €6 will be applied for shipping costs (mainland Spain and Portugal) .
For shipments outside the peninsula, depending on the billing amount, customs costs may be generated, which will always be borne by the customer , and the company will not be responsible for them at any time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
From 2 to 5 business days for shipments to Spain and Portugal.

Can I pick up an order at your physical stores?
You can pick up your order in store from the same day you make the purchase (except Sundays and holidays). You have 3 WORKING DAYS to do so, and 20 calendar days to return it from the day of purchase.
